IMMERSIVE RETREATS
The Liberation Chapter
Untamed. Rewritten. Reclaimed.
An invitation for women at the threshold of a powerful new chapter.
For more than twenty years, I have worked alongside senior leaders around the world. Among them are remarkable women who have spent decades building careers, making an impact and caring for others. Then something changes.
In our conversations, they describe their bodies asking for a different rhythm, roles and expectations starting to feel too restrictive, and a longing for more space to listen to something deeper calling for their attention: How can the life I have built make room for the woman I am becoming?
I wanted to create a space where the changes in a woman's body in midlife could be met alongside the deeper questions emerging in her life. The Liberation Chapter brings that intention to life: a retreat I co-facilitate with my doctoral colleague and fellow executive coach, Katharina Sell.

Four immersive days in the hills above Málaga, bringing scientific understanding, embodied practice and honest conversation into a small circle of women.
A whole-person retreat: we explore the physiology of midlife alongside its emotional, mental and existential dimensions, including the inherited beliefs and cultural shaping that quietly run the show, and what it means to make room for whom you are becoming.
Daily yoga, breathwork and movement weave together with reflection and conversation. One-to-one sessions before and after the retreat support your exploration and help you carry it into everyday life.
Together, we work towards greater clarity, practical tools and a grounded, embodied sense of self: a strong inner compass for the chapter ahead.
Not another demand to improve yourself, but an invitation to meet yourself differently and give the next chapter a shape that feels truly your own.
We would love you to be part of it.
On Leadership
Maturity asks us to be larger, more fluid, more elemental, less cornered, less unilateral; a living, conversational intuition between the inherited story, the one we are privileged to inhabit, and the one – if we are large enough and broad enough, moveable enough and, even, here enough – just, astonishingly, about to occur.

Leadership Retreats
An invitation to expand your perspective, widen your repertoire of responses and deepen your capacity to lead.
We are leading through a time in which familiar maps are becoming less reliable. Chaos and complexity now shape the landscape in which we lead, create and connect, and leaders are being asked to make consequential decisions without the certainty they once relied on.
Yet much of leadership development still focuses on adding knowledge, skills and tools.
These remain valuable in certain contexts, but they are no longer sufficient. Under pressure, we tend to fall back on familiar assumptions and habitual responses, even when changing circumstances require something different.
Leadership now asks for a deeper kind of capacity: to see situations through more than one lens; to question the patterns shaping our responses; to hold competing demands without rushing to resolve them; and to remain grounded, open and discerning when the way forward is unclear.
Our retreats create space for that development.
We work with the whole person, bringing rigorous thinking into conversation with the body, emotions, relationships and imagination—and opening access to a fuller range of human intelligence.
Through embodied practice, reflective inquiry, genuine dialogue, creative exploration and time in nature, you become more aware of how you lead: what shapes your attention, how you respond under pressure, how your presence affects others, and what becomes possible when you slow down enough to listen differently.
For executives, this develops greater clarity, adaptability and the capacity to respond rather than react.
For teams, it creates the conditions to move beyond habitual dynamics, engage differences more constructively and strengthen the quality of conversation from which collective intelligence and wiser action can emerge.
