Booking Conditions

  • To reserve your place on an L4A Leadership Retreat, email confirmation must be sent to connect@lead4agility.com a minimum of 31 days prior to the requested dates of the L4A Retreat.

  • The booking form will be emailed to you once a definite reservation is made.

  • If the booking is made more than 31 days from the specified event date, a deposit payment of 50% of the total investment must be made.

  • If the booking is made within 30 days of the specified event date then the full investment fee must be paid.

  • All payments are to be made in Euros.

  • Once a booking form is completed, it is implied the terms and conditions of the Leadership Retreat are accepted by the participant(s).

 

Investment Fee & Payment Terms

  • The balance of the Investment fee is payable in full no later than 31 days prior to arrival at the L4A Retreat venue

  • In the event the balance is not paid, L4A will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the participant and no refund will be due.

 

Cancellation By Lead4Agility

  • Lead4Agility (L4A) reserves the right to cancel our Leadership Retreat programs due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (i.e.governmental imposed restrictions, state of emergency etc.). If in the very rare case this happens, L4A will make every effort to inform participants at least two weeks prior to cancellation. In this case, we will endeavour to place participants on the next available Leadership Retreat.

  • If participation in the next available Leadership Retreat is not possible an alternative date will be offered. If this date isn't suitable then a full refund of all payments will be made.

 

Participant Cancellation

  • If the participant wishes to cancel their place on the L4A Leadership Retreat this must be done in writing and no later than 31 days prior to the event date.

  • Any cancellation made within 30 days of the event date will incur a charge of 50% of the total investment fee.
